Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
We want you to feel like every item is a match for you. If it's not the right match, we'll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs apply, and items must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging.
There are a few items that can't be returned:
- Commercial grade fitness equipment
- Customized items and equipment
- Personal Hygiene items
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order:
- Upgraded shipping charges
- Assembly services included with delivery
In some cases, the manufacturer's restocking fees can apply to orders.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
To initiate the process of a return, contact us via Help Center with your order number.
Refunds can be returned to the original payment method. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
You'll receive credit or cash in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned items. In addition, any restocking and shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel orders within 48 hours or before tracking information is retrieved, whichever comes first. If tracking information has already been sent, refer to the policy above for return procedures.

Note that exchanges are used to replace products that you received damaged or defective. If you are receiving a freight delivery (applies to commercial/large equipment) and the packaging is visibly damaged, DO NOT accept delivery and contact us via phone or Help Center to set up a product exchange.
